Download SalesPlay app and install on Android or IOS devices from playstore or Apple store. Open the app and fill the simple registration form. Confirm registration E mail logging to your E mail account. Once its done you will receive the details related to Backoffice. Add items form the POS or Backoffice and you are ready to sell products.

Backoffice web portal is a cloud based web portal where all your POS data records will be stored and can be monitored remotely. Once completed the registration & submit, you will get an email with Backoffice web portal URL. Once clicks on it you can set your username and password. Backoffice portal will provide summery and detailed reports to make a complete view of your business and allows to adjust settings and manage SalesPlay POS account. You can use this as an analytical tool and data can be viewed from your Mobile Phone, Computer, Tab or Laptop while you are away from your Business.

Yes, you can add more than one shop to the same Backoffice system using add terminal option. All you need to do is, register to POS devices using the same email accounts. Then all those POS terminals will be attached to one Backoffice to view all data from one dashboard.

SalesPlay was designed to work both in online and offline scenarios, so you will not miss any data even not connected to internet. The app will store sales related data locally on your POS device. Once it finds a strong enough internet connection, POS will transfer the data between the device and the Backoffice portal. But you will not be able to track online data and below options when using the app offline. Data Backup/stock updates and analytics

KOT/BOT words commonly use in Beverage, café and Bar industries. KOT-kichen order ticket, BOT-Bar order ticket. You can send orders faster to the kitchen Display system without any errors in the order. It is an electronic note which is forwarded to the kitchen, bar, billing division, and one copy is retained in the system for future reference. The KOT/BOT application primarily contains details related to the table number, items ordered, modifiers ,quantity and comments

KDS -Kitchen display system will allows you to view all customer orders process through POS to the kitchen Display system. You will be able to view all orders and complete orders from the touch display itself.

Once you purchased the Sales Play POS App, you will receive an email with the activation key. You can enter that Activation Key to POS device or to back office web portal. In POS you can enter activation key at the Main Menu clicking" Settings" “Software Activation” option. In Back office web portal, you can enter activation key at the “Terminal” section under manage terminals.

No, data will continue to available in the Backoffice web portal and once you made the payment the account will get activated again. All the sales and the stock levels in the back office will show the most updated information.
