•  Under Item-Specific Ticket Generation, each ordered product generates its own Kitchen Order Ticket (KOT) or Bar Order Ticket (BOT).
• By implementing this feature, SalesPlay POS empowers restaurants and food establishments to optimize their kitchen workflows, improve order accuracy, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

1. POS App main menu
2. Select “ Settings ”
3. Select “Printers”
4. Click on the already created printer or Click the “Add (+) button
5. Tick ON “Print KOT / BOT”
6. Tick ON “print single product per KOT/BOT”
7. Click SAVE
