How to Create KOT Notes

Introduction

  • When sending a KOT to the kitchen, the system has the ability to send the KOT Note at the same time. This KOT can be a pre-arranged note.

Login to POS Back Office >. Select “ Settings ” from main menu > Go to the “ Feature”


Tick ON “ KOT Notes ” button > Click “ Save”

 

  • Once you ON “KOT Notes”, it will appear as a sub-menu in Settings section

Select KOT / BOT Notes > Click “Add KOT BOT Notes” and enter a note > Click “Save”

 

  • When you bill from the POS App, click the item at the “Item Cart” and go to KOT Notes dropdown section to find the created NOTES.

How to Assign a Created KOT Note to a KOT

  • When sending a KOT to the kitchen, the system has the ability to send the pre-defined KOT Note at the same time.

POS App main menu > Select “ New Sale ” > Select item and click


Click again the item at the ITEM CART area.


Go to “KOT Notes” area and click > Tick ON the relevant KOT note

 

  • Click “Ok”

Click “Add” button


Click “Save” or “Charge” and proceed

 

  • When you bill from the POS App, the KOT Note will appear on the KOT
