Manage Users - POS System

Change User Password

Go to 'POS App' → Select 'Sub Menu' Icon → Select 'My Profile'

  • Click on Change Admin Password Button

  • Enter Old Password
  • Provide New Password
  • Provide New Password again
  • Click on OK Button

Create POS Users

Go to 'Back Office' → Click 'More' Tab → Click 'POS Users' Tab → Select 'Create Terminal Users'

Form Information
  • Provide the Name
  • Provide the User Name
  • Enter the Email
  • Provide the Login Password
  • Provide the Confirm Password
  • Select the User Role here
  • You can Enable or Disable the Discount function to the terminal here. If you put a tick to the discount (enable the terminal) :
    • Enter the Maximum Value
      Enter the Maximum Percentage
  • Click on Create Button

Go to 'Back Office' → Click 'More' Tab → Click 'POS Users' Tab → Select 'Manage Terminal Users'

Form Information
  • You are allow to Manage the POS User by clicking on Edit, Delete and Password Reset Link Buttons.

  • Provide New Password
  • Provide Confirm Password
  • Click on Reset Password Button

Create Back Office Users

Go to 'Back Office' → Click 'More' Tab → Click 'Web Users' Tab → Select 'Create Terminal Users'

  • Provide the User Login Name
  • Provide the Employee Name
  • Enter New Password here
  • Enter the Confirm Password
  • Provide the Email Address
  • You can Turn on or off the following modules according to your requirement
    • Dash Board Module
      Sales Module
      Product Module
      Stock Module
      Reports Module
      KOT Display
      Terminal Module
      Customer Module
      Setup Module
      POS User Module
      Loyalty Module
  • Click on Create Button

  • User allow to Manage the Modules, Manage the devices, Reset Password, Disable, Remove the Back Office Users by clicking on the Link Buttons

  • If you wish to give Read Only Access on selected sub module, put a tick on read only
  • If you wish to give Full Access on selected sub module, put a tick on full access
  • Click on Create Button
