Setup - POS System

Setup KOT Printers

Go to 'POS App' → Select 'Main Menu' Icon → Select 'Settings' Menu Tab → Select 'Setup KOT' Link

Form Information
  • Provide the Name
  • Select Printer as KOT Target
  • Select the Connection Mode
  • Provide the Printer IP
  • Select the Paper Size
  • Click on Save Button

  • You are allow to Enable/Disable KOT Printer

Setup Customer Display

Go to 'POS App' → Select 'Main Menu' Icon → Select 'Settings' Menu Tab → Select 'Setup Customer Display' Link

Form Information
  • You are allow to Enable/Disable the status of Customer Display here (Use Web Portal to Setup Customer Display)

Manage Setup

Go to 'Back Office' → Click 'More' Tab → Click 'Setup' Tab → Select 'Manage Setup'

Manage Setup - Image 01

Form Information
  • Select the Business Type (You can select according to your business requirement)
  • Enter the Currency Type ( USD / LKR )
  • Select the Language
    • If you required the availability of followings, put a tick
  • Blocking Expired Stock (If you want to block the expired items in billing interface, put a tick)
  • Open Balance capturing (If you want to capture open balance details, put a tick)
  • Day End mode capturing (If you want to capture end of the day details, put a tick)
  • Select the item Displaying Mode in billing interface
    • Item Menu with Images – Item display with name and image
    • Item Menu – Item display without image
    • Number Key Pad –You will have only the number key pad
  • Select the Scale Barcode Type
  • You are allow to select the Item Adding Method to the card
    • Increase Quantity – The number of quantity will be increase
    • Multiple Line – The number of line will be increase according to the items
  • Select the Extra Menus to the billing interface
    • If you required the availability of followings, put a tick
  • Email the Receipt to the registered customer
  • Receipt Summary page will appear
  • You will have a dialog box to change the Quantity at the billing interface
  • You are allow to change the Total Line Amount, according that number of products will be change
  • You are allow to enter the Decimal Amount as per the requirement
  • By activating Internal Barcode, you can scan the item barcode from your POS device
  • You are allow to pick the Business Hours related to your business
  • If you wish to end up the setup, click on 'submit' button

Go to 'Back Office' → Click 'More' Tab → Click 'Setup' Tab → Select 'Manage KOT/BOT'

  • Provide KOT/BOT Display Name
  • Provide the IP Address of the KOT App you downloaded
  • Click on Save Button

Go to 'POS App'

Form Information
  • Click on Enter Verification Code Link Button

  • Provide preferred Login Name
  • Enter Login Password
  • Select an Order Complete Sound
  • Select a Background Image or browse an image from your device
