Setup - Back Office

Manage Setup

Click 'More' Tab → Click 'Setup' Tab → Select 'Manage Setup'

Form Information
  • Select the Business Type (You can select according to your business requirement)
  • Enter the Currency Type ( USD / LKR )
  • Select the Language
    • If you required the availability of followings, put a tick
  • Blocking Expired Stock (If you want to block the expired items in billing interface, put a tick)
  • Open Balance capturing (If you want to capture open balance details, put a tick)
  • Day End mode capturing (If you want to capture end of the day details, put a tick)
  • Select the item Displaying Mode in billing interface
    • Item Menu with Images – Item display with name and image
    • Item Menu – Item display without image
    • Number Key Pad –You will have only the number key pad
  • Select the Scale Barcode Type
  • You are allow to select the Item Adding Method to the card
    • Increase Quantity – The number of quantity will be increase
    • Multiple Line – The number of line will be increase according to the items
  • Select the Extra Menus to the billing interface
    • If you required the availability of followings, put a tick
  • Email the Receipt to the registered customer
  • Receipt Summary page will appear
  • You will have a dialog box to change the Quantity at the billing interface
  • You are allow to change the Total Line Amount, according that number of products will be change
  • You are allow to enter the Decimal Amount as per the requirement
  • By activating Internal Barcode, you can scan the item barcode from your POS device
  • You are allow to pick the Business Hours related to your business
  • If you wish to end up the setup, click on 'submit' button
Manage KOT / BOT Setup

Click 'More' Tab → Click 'Setup' Tab → Select 'Manage KOT / BOT Setup'

Form Information
  • Select KOT Target as KOT display or KOT printer
  • Select the Connection Mode as :
    • Internet / Web Platform
    • Local Network / Wi-Fi
  • Provide KOT / BOT display name
  • Provide KOT Login Name
  • Enter the Login Password
  • If you wish to setup the KOT click on 'Save' button

Manage KOT / BOT Setup - Extra Options

Click 'More' Tab → Click 'Setup' Tab → Select 'Manage KOT / BOT Setup'

Form Information
  • You are allow to Add Products to the KOT here
  • You are allow to Navigate to KOT Management System here
  • You are allow to Copy URL by clicking on here
  • You are allow to Reset password here
  • You are allow to Edit the KOT setup here
  • You are allow to Delete the KOT setup here
Manage Queue

Click 'More' Tab → Click 'Setup' Tab → Select 'Manage Queue'

Form Information
  • Provide the Queue Display Name
  • Provide preferred Login Name
  • Enter Login Password
  • Select an Order Complete Sound
  • Select a Background Image or browse an image from your device
  • Click on 'Save' button to save the managed queue

Manage Queue - Extra Options

Click 'More' Tab → Click 'Setup' Tab → Select 'Manage Queue'

Form Information
  • You are allow to Navigate to Queue Management System
  • You are allow to Copy URL by clicking on here
  • You are allow to Reset Password
  • You are allow to Edit the queue management
  • You are allow to Delete the queue management

Setup - POS System

Setup KOT

Select 'Main Menu' Icon → Select 'Settings' Menu Tab → Select 'Setup KOT' Link

Form Information
  • Provide KOT Name (Refer Image 03)
  • Select the KOT Target here
  • Select the Connection Mode
  • Enter the KOT Printer IP
  • Select the Paper
  • Click on 'Save' to setup the KOT

Setup KOT - Extra Options

Select 'Main Menu' Icon → Select 'Settings' Menu Tab → Select 'Setup KOT' Link

Form Information
  • You are allow to Enable and Disable KOT Targets here
Manage Queue

Select 'Main Menu' Icon → Select 'Functions' Menu Tab → Select 'Manage Queue' Link

  • Click on 'Functions' ( Refer Image 01 )
  • Click on 'Queue' ( Refer Image 02 )
  • Click on this Icon to finish ( Refer Image 03 )
  • Click on 'Yes' button to confirm the finishing ( Refer Image 04 )
