Loyality - Back Office

Points Based Loyalty Program

Click 'More' Tab → Click 'Loyalty' Tab → Select 'Add Program'

Form Information
  • Select the Program Type as Point Based
  • Provide the Program Name
  • Enter the Required Bill Value to earn one point
  • Percentage for the Bill value will be auto displayed according to the entered data
  • If you maintain Customer Segment , Refer how to add customer segment
  • Click on 'Save' button
Visit Based Loyalty Program

Click 'More' Tab → Click 'Loyalty' Tab → Select 'Add Program'

Form Information
  • Select the Program Type as Visit Based
  • Provide the Offer Name
  • Enter the Amount of Points required to earn the offer
  • Enter the Number of Points per visit
  • Upload an Image regarding the offer
  • Click on 'Save' button
Customer Segments in Loyalty Program

Click 'More' Tab → Click 'Loyalty' Tab → Select 'Add Program'

Form Information
  • Provide the Segment Name
  • Enter the Required Minimum Points
  • Click on 'Add Segment' to the list button
Credit Based Loyalty Programs

Click 'More' Tab → Click 'Loyalty' Tab → Select 'Credit Based Loyalty Programs'

Form Information
  • Enable the program
  • Enter the Amount of Points you want to top up
  • Select the Customer(s) (You can select all the customers also according to the requirement)
  • If you wish to add points click on 'Add points' button

Earn points through the sale

Select 'Main Menu' Icon → Select 'Create Receipt' Menu Tab

Form Information
  • Selected Item is displays here (Refer Image 01)
  • Click on this Customer Icon to add loyalty customers
  • Select the Customer (Refer Image 02)
  • Click on 'Add To Receipt' button to add the customer (Refer Image 03)
  • After adding the customer, the Customer Icon is changed (Refer Image 04)
  • Click on 'Charge' button to sale the purchase item
  • Click on 'Charge' button to confirm (Refer Image 05)
  • Earned Points are display here (Refer Image 06)
Redeem points through sale

Select 'Main Menu' Icon → Select 'Create Receipt' Menu Tab

  • Click on this Customer Icon to add loyalty customers
  • Select the Customer (Refer Image 02)
  • Click on 'Add To Receipt' button to add the customer (Refer Image 03)
  • Earned Points are displays here
  • After adding the customer, the Customer Icon is changed (Refer Image 04)
  • Click on 'Charge' button to sale the purchase item
  • Select the Payment Type as “More” (Refer Image 05)
  • Select the method as “Points
  • Click on 'Charge' button
  • Available Points are display here (Refer Image 06)
  • Click on 'Charge' button
