The Dual Display feature enhances customer experience by mirroring transaction details on a second screen, while also allowing space for branding and promotional content.
Transparency: Customers see their purchased items and total amounts in real time.
Branding: Reinforce your brand by displaying your logo.
Promotion: Show advertisements, offers, or custom messages to boost engagement.
Log in to the POS Back Office Web Portal.
Select “Settings” from the main menu.
Go to “Software Setup.”
Turn ON the “Dual Display Setting” toggle.
Add a header description message to appear on the customer display.
Upload your business logo and a feature image.
Upload a background image to enhance the display appearance.
Click “Update” to save your settings.
Open the WebPOS main menu.
Select “Software Customization.”
Turn ON the “Dual Display” toggle.
Connect dual displays to the POS device using an HDMI cable.
Open Windows Display Settings and set the display mode to “Extend.”
Enable dual display settings in the Web POS interface.
Allow window management permission when prompted.
Ensure the HDMI cable is securely connected to both the POS device and the external display.
Confirm that the external display is powered on and set to the correct HDMI input source.
On your POS keyboard, press "Windows + P" and select "Extend". This enables the external screen to display customer-facing transaction details.
