How to Set Up SalesPlay WebPOS Dual Display

The SalesPlay WebPOS Dual Display feature allows you to connect an external display to your WebPOS terminal, showing customers real-time transaction details, your business logo, promotional images, and more. This guide will help you set up and configure the dual display.

Setting Up WebPOS Dual Display

Steps Within backoffice

Steps
1. Login to POS Back Office Webportal
2. Select “ Settings ” from main menu
3. Go to the “ Software Setup”
4. Tick ON “Dual display setting” button
5. Add a header description message
6. Add the business logo and feature image
7. Add a background image
8. Click “ Update”

 

Within Web POS


Steps
1. WebPOS main menu
2. Select “Software Customization”
3. Tick ON "Dual Display" button
4. Connect dual displays to the POS device by using HDMI cable.
5. Click and open Windows display settings and then select "Extend".
6. Enable dual display settings on web POS.
7. Allow manage window permission.


Special Notes

  • Double-check that the HDMI cable is securely connected.
  • Make sure the external display is powered on and set to the correct HDMI input.
  • On your WebPOS keyboard, press "Windows + P" and select the "Extend" option. This will allow the dual display to show customer-side details.
