1. Sharing Product Details

  • SalesPlay Point of Sale (POS) System has the capability to share Product Details via various social media messaging platforms. This feature empowers businesses to seamlessly send product images, names, and prices to potential customers directly through popular social media messaging apps.
  • This feature proves highly advantageous for businesses that frequently encounter customer inquiries about prices and images, as is common in industries such as textiles, beauty, and costumes.

In the textile industry, where customers often inquire about prices and product images before making a purchase decision. Textile businesses can instantly send images of various garments or dresses, along with prices, to potential customers via messaging apps.

1.1 Go to POS App main menu > Select “New Sale ”


1.2 In every product beside the price area “ i “ information button can be seen > Click the ‘Product Information' button


1.3 Click the SHARE icon button


1.4 Select a Social Media Messaging App icon > Proceed


2. How to Add an Image for a Product

 

  • An image can be added for a product via both POS App side and Backoffice Webportal. This needs to be done one by one.

2.1 Login to POS Back Office > Select “Products” from the main menu > Go to the “Product list”


2.2 Click on the “Change Image” section on the relevant product


2.3 Select the image > Click confirm
