How to Setup SalesPlay Tablet Ordering

1. Add a new terminal from Back Office web portal

1.1 Login to POS Back Office > Select 'settings' from main menu > Go to the 'POS Devices'

1.2 Click 'Add POS' button > Enter POS name and select SHOP name from dropdown


  • Click 'Save'.

2. New terminal sign-in from POS App


  • Download and open the POS App.

2.1 Select 'Sign In'


  • Enter the already registered email address and password.
  • Select created POS name and License key
  • Proceed 

3. Convert to Terminal via Back Office

3.1 Login to Back Office > Select 'settings' from main menu > Click 'Addon Apps' section

3.2 select 'Tab Ordering' tab > Click 'Convert to Tablet Ordering' icon

Select a SHOP from dropdown > Select the correct License Key from drop down.


  • Click 'Save' button.

Once done a message will be displayed saying 'This device has been converted to the Tablet Ordering'
