How to Make Changes in Alternative Currency Conversion Rates

SalesPlay Back Office > Settings > Alternative Currency


1. Make Changes in Alternative Currency Conversion Rates

 

  • The exchange rate used for transactions is constantly changing. If you use the alternative currency option, you have to manually enter this into the POS system

2. Make Changes in Alternative Currency Conversion Rates

 

  1. Login to POS Back Office Webportal
  2. Select “ Settings ” from main menu
  3. Select Alternative Currency

3. Make Changes in Alternative Currency Conversion Rates

 

  1. Click on the relevant Alternative Currency
  2. Enter new value
  3. Click status ON
  4. Click “Update”

4. Make Changes in Alternative Currency Conversion Rates

 

  • Once the ‘alternative currency” is updated, then it will download to the POS app and shows in Payment Interface near the ‘Amount Due” section as a dropdown. You need internet connection in the POS app side to be updated the changed currency rate
