Enabling the "Internal Barcode" Feature for Barcode-Based Customer Registration

To enable barcode-based customer registration in the POS system, follow these steps:

  1. Open the POS App and go to the Main Menu.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Navigate to Software Customization.
  4. Turn on the Internal Barcode option by ticking the checkbox.

Note: Once the "Internal Barcode" feature is enabled, a barcode icon will appear in the customer interface.

Adding a Barcode to a Customer Profile

To add a barcode to a customer's profile, follow these steps:

  1. Open the POS App and go to the Main Menu.
  2. Select New Sale.
  3. Click on the Customer icon located in the upper-right corner.
  4. Select Add New Customer.
  5. Scroll down and click the Barcode Icon next to the "Customer Code" field.
  6. Click Save to complete the process.
