To enable barcode-based customer registration in the POS system, follow these steps:
- Open the POS App and go to the Main Menu.
- Select Settings.
- Navigate to Software Customization.
- Turn on the Internal Barcode option by ticking the checkbox.
Note: Once the "Internal Barcode" feature is enabled, a barcode icon will appear in the customer interface.
Adding a Barcode to a Customer Profile
To add a barcode to a customer's profile, follow these steps:
- Open the POS App and go to the Main Menu.
- Select New Sale.
- Click on the Customer icon located in the upper-right corner.
- Select Add New Customer.
- Scroll down and click the Barcode Icon next to the "Customer Code" field.
- Click Save to complete the process.
