SalesPlay Web POS introduces a specialized "Retail" layout tailored to meet the dynamic needs of businesses, particularly supermarkets and groceries, with a focus on quick and busy transaction processes.

This layout not only showcases products in a visually appealing grid format but also introduces a powerful additional feature - the "Quick Cash" window. This window streamlines transactions, providing shortcuts for essential functions, a Quick Cash option, and a rapid product search capability, ensuring an efficient and user-friendly experience.

Quick Cash Option:

One of the standout features within the Retail Layout is the "Quick Cash" option, revolutionizing the payment process. When a product is selected, the Quick Cash window displays multiple pre-calculated payment options, including the exact product amount and alternative amounts.

Example

For instance, if a customer purchases a Coca-Cola for $10, the cashier can swiftly choose the exact product price or the options like $20, $50, and $100. Selecting the appropriate amount completes the transaction, saving at least three steps in the receipt process and providing a more efficient checkout experience.

Upon selecting the payment amount in the Quick Cash window, the system instantly completes the transaction and generates a receipt. The interface also displays the balance amount that needs to be handed over to the customer, ensuring transparency and accuracy in the transaction process.

Quick Shortcuts for Seamless Operations:

The Retail Layout prioritizes speed and efficiency by incorporating quick shortcut buttons for Cash Refund, Shift End, Open Drawer, and Card Sale. Clicking on these buttons expeditiously loads the relevant interface, eliminating the need to navigate through the main menu. Barcode Search for Quick Product Addition:

Using the number keypad in the Quick Cash window, cashiers can enter a product's barcode, search for it, and directly add it to the cart with a simple click of the "Enter" key.
