SalesPlay Back Office
SalesPlay allows business owners to control whether users can print duplicate receipts, ensuring better oversight and minimizing unnecessary printing.
Steps to Disable Duplicate Receipt Printing:
1. Log in to the SalesPlay POS Back Office web portal.
2. From the main menu, select Users.
3. Go to the Access Rights section.
4. Click on the Cashier role or any existing user role you want to edit.
5. Under the Function modules, locate the Prebill option.
6. Untick (disable) the Prebill checkbox.
7. Click Update to save the changes.
NOTE: Once this setting is disabled:
The Print Receipt option for duplicate receipts will no longer appear on the POS billing summary screen.
Users will not be allowed to reprint past receipts.
