Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your data from our system. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered, so please ensure you have exported all necessary reports, invoices, product details, and any other important information before proceeding.

Log in to the SalesPlay Backoffice Web Portal: https://cloud.salesplaypos.com
Click the menu (☰) icon.
Open the dropdown next to Admin.
Select My Profile.
Click the "Delete" button.
Enter your current password to confirm the action.
Direct URL to Profile Page: https://cloud.salesplaypos.com/profile
You will need to enter your password for security verification.
Deleting your account will permanently erase all your data, and this action cannot be undone.
Please download and save any important records before deletion.
