With the SalesPlay POS App, you can now delete multiple products and categories directly from your POS device. Follow the steps below to perform these actions efficiently:
Deleting Multiple Products via POS App
Steps to Follow:
1. Open your SalesPlay POS App and log in with your credentials.
2. From the main menu, select “Products” to access your product list
3. Click on the "Product" section.
4. Long press the first product you wish to delete. This will enable multiple selection mode with tick mark.
5. Click on other products you want to delete.
6. Click the 'Delete' icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
7. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Steps to Follow:
1. Open your SalesPlay POS App and log in with your credentials.

3. Click on the "Product Categories" section.
4. Long press the category you wish to delete. This will enable multiple selection modes with a tick mark.
5. Click on other categories you want to delete.
6. Click the 'Delete' icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
7. Confirm the deletion and proceed
Important Note:
Deleted products, categories, and their associated images cannot be retrieved. Please use this option carefully to avoid accidental loss of important data.
