Customer - Back Office

Create Customer

Click 'More' Tab → Click 'Customers ' Tab → Select 'Customer Registration'

Form Information
  • Provide Unique Reference Id here (if you have your own reference id)
  • Select the Customer Title
  • Enter the First Name here
  • Enter the Last Name here
  • Enter the Mobile number
  • Enter the Email Address
  • Put a tick, if you recommended the customer as Loyalty Customer
  • Select the Loyalty Program here
  • Put a tick, if you recommended the customer as Membership Customer
  • Enter the Start Date here
  • Enter the End Date here
  • Select the Discount Plan
  • Put a tick, if you recommended to have Billing Information
  • Provide the Billing Name here
  • Provide the Billing Address
  • Enter the Name of the city
  • Enter the Region
  • Enter the Postal Code
  • Enter the Country
  • Put a tick, if you wish to have QR code in the receipt
  • Provide a Description here (Optional)
  • Upload an Image of the customer (Optional)
  • If you wish to save the customer details, click on 'Save' button

Create Customer - Extra Options

Click 'More' Tab → Click 'Customers ' Tab → Select 'Manage Customers'

Form Information
  • You are allow to View the customer details here
  • You are allow to Edit customer details here
  • You are allow to Remove the customer details here
Create Customer - Bulk Upload

Click 'More' Tab → Click 'Customers ' Tab → Select 'Customer Registration'

Form Information
  • Click on 'Download' button to download the CSV template
    • Here you can edit the CSV file and can add customer details according to the template ( Refer the CSV Formatting Guidelines)
  • Click on 'Browse' button to browse the file from your device
  • Click on 'Upload' button to save the customer details

Customer - POS System

Create Customer

Select 'Main Menu' Icon → Select 'Create Receipt' Menu Tab

Form Information
  • Click on Customer Icon here ( Refer Image 01 )
  • Click on Add New Customer link button ( Refer Image 02 )
  • Provide the Name of the Customer ( Refer Image 03 )
  • Enter the Email Address
  • Provide the Phone Number here
  • If you wish to add a Note, you can provide here
  • Click on 'Save' button to save the customer
Adding Customer to the sale

Select 'Main Menu' Icon → Select 'Create Receipt' Menu Tab

Form Information
  • Click on this Customer Icon to add loyalty customers (Refer Image 01)
  • Select the Customer (Refer Image 02)
  • Click on 'Add To Receipt' button to add the customer (Refer Image 03)
  • Earned Points are displays here
  • After adding the customer, the Customer Icon is changed (Refer Image 04)
Create Customer Order

Select 'Main Menu' Icon → Select 'Functions' Menu Tab → Select 'Create Customer Order' Link

Form Information
  • Click on 'Functions' ( Refer Image 01 )
  • Click on 'Create Customer Order' ( Refer Image 02 )
  • Selected Products are listed here ( Refer Image 03 )
  • Cilck on 'Create Customer Order' button
  • Select the Due Date here ( Refer Image 04)
  • Select the Customer here
  • Put a tick here, if you wish to have an Advance Payement
  • Click on 'Yes' button to confirm the order
Create Customer Feedback

Select 'Main Menu' Icon → Select 'Functions' Menu Tab → Select 'Customer Feedback' Link

Form Information
  • Provide Customer Name here (Refer Image 04 )
  • Enter Contact number
  • Select the Feedback Type
  • Provide the Feedback Description here
  • Click on 'Save' button

Create Customer Feedback - Extra Options

Select 'Main Menu' Icon → Select 'Create Receipt' Menu Tab → Select 'Customer Feedback' Link

Form Information
    • You are allowed to Delete the selected feedback here
